Ldawg, I reduce them with my scanner software, its a lexmark x75 scanner/printer. Or I just copy them from other sites there are alot of cool animated ones on jurko.net.

I think you can probably reduce the size in other imaging programs ex: digital cameras, photoshop etc, let me know if you still cant get em smaller, and I'll do it 4 u.
