I love Paula's passion and enthusiasm for both music and the contestants.
Randy has been incredibly succesful in the business and is a great compliment to Simon and Paula.
Simon is tough honest and hilarious.

I for one dislike Randy (by far) the most.......

Paula is predictable......she likes em all, good or bad, and Simon simply says it like it is (in a crude fashion).........

Randy is wishy washy, trying to be something he isn't....HIP---wemt out in the 70's........

Paula is attractive, (cleavage), doped up on pain pills (admittedly), andythe 3 do seem to bring the show together...

as far as Seacrest, I never heard of him till this show, but I think he does a good job of instigating the arguments, and expounding on Simons comments.......

The 3 stooges (Randy---Paula---Simon) do exactly what the producers want them to do....create controversy, argue, laugh, carry on, etc.........

My wife loves the show, I can take it or leave it.......same as "So you think you can dance", another Simon take off.......

But to simply answer your question----If I could drop just one, it would be Randy............
