I don't think so. I served on a Health Care Advisory Task Force in 93-94 for Oklahoma Congressman Bill Brewster. Clinton's Health Care Plan was comprehensive and ambitious. And when you live in a Nation that's an economic superpower and still have 40 or 45 million people who don't have access to basic health services despite the fact that 15% of the GDP is spent on healthcare, something is in terrible need of fixing. But the proposed Federal bureaucracy created by the Clinton plan was pretty scary.

I have heard Biden field questions and think in a logical and coherent manner unlike the stubborn, stumbling and bumbling guy in the office presently, who has no thinking abilities, never reads gets his cues and answers from Cheney and allegedly from God.

If for example Bush and Kerry can get nominated with big questions about their military service, I think in terms of everything that is going on today, and people's dissatisfaction, the plagiarism issue will be of little importance over time.

Right now? If the democratic primary was held "RIGHT NOW" It'll be between Hillary and Gore. Biden would be a distant 3rd.

90% of democrat voters throughout the country have probably never heard of Biden outside of Delaware.

While 99% of Democrat voters know Gore and Hillary. One was a VP President and ran for the president. The other is the wife of a popular president and the senator of NY.
