Thats exactly how I feel. I went down to statesboro, GA (my friend goes to grad school there) and the starting price on a house is 75k...WTF. The house isnt too big or too small. Little bigger than a townhome. Either way 75k!!! I couldnt believe it when I saw it so I had my friend pull over so I can see it closely...75k (actually it said starting at 74,999)
