President is 100% different from a MOD. Mod's give the ability to let a person join the forum, they also can ban people,change their avatars, post their email addy, and run contests.

Presidents job is to deal with the day to day issues on a more individual scale that are not mentioned above. IE issuing amber alerts for members. Interacting with the members asking them for their likes/dislikes. President IMO is basically a figure head position who doubles as a intermediary(sp) between you the MOD and us the posters.
