We MUST be extremely careful at over fishing certain areas .. it is our duty
to keep only what we plan to use and practice the
pledge to "CATCH and RELEASE" what we surely know we cannot service ..
it is always great making friends by leaving some specimens for others ..
it is this reason I am asking all of my friends to call or write their
congressmen and ask the to pass the proposed bill # CR812 that would
require the Catch and Release program for all spawning catches over
the limit of 5 and would require the use of rod and real, as it is simply
too easy to over-fish while netting .. I am sure you too will agree with
this bill as I ask for your support on this issue ..
