i agree but here's the thing. He shouldnt have to go to PAY radio. And on top of that because of the FCC and clear channel people like you and i get forced into purchasing a form of media that we hadn't needed in the past. Its all a fuckin joke. Its truely sad how bad our country has goten. Our freedoms and voices are being censored everyday. Both liberals and the religious right are killing our freedoms.

I am not clear about the whole story, but I was under the impression he was going to sirrius cause they offered him a ton of money, not cause the FCC was kicking him off the air. He's been around for so long that it would be odd that they just one day said, thats it your gone, and then let me stay for like 4 months or however long its been since they announced it. Howard is going to sirrius for the money. I agree with JC. Radio commercials are awful. You are not paying for the censor free content, you are paying for the lack of commercials.

Stern is getting $100 million a year to go to sirius. But the FCC forced his hand. He had no other choice but to go to sirius or XM. The parent company of sterns show was getting fined 100's of thousands of $$$ and millions in fines that the FCC deemed as crude or inappropriate talk on his show. The fines eventually got to the point where Clear channel was censoring 1/2 of what stern was talking about in fear of getting slapped with a fine.

yep which is total crap. The FCC is out of control. Whats next are they going to censor cable tv like hbo and cinemax?? where does it end. Fuck the FCC
