LSUFAN/Tigger visit KB Sooner
Heres a little story of when LSU and Tigger went over to KB Sooners house around Christmas time.....
LSU/Tigger pulled up in front of KB's house and couldn't help but notice the Large and extremely lovely Nativity scene....They were discussing how pretty and realistic it looked, when Tigger noticed the 3 wise men had something on their heads....
When they got out of the car, and got closer, they noticed the 3 wise men had Fireman hats on....They looked at each other in bewilderment, started laughing, and said they'd have to bust KBs chops for that mistake....After all, Oklahoma is "Bible Belt Country", and they should know better...
After being inside a while, and sitting at the Kitchen table, sipping on a beer, LSU made a sarcastic remark (not unlike him) to KB about his 3 wise men having Firemans hats on, and he and Tigger thought it was kinda red neck and hilarious....
KB "hit the roof". chewed their asses out about not knowing all that they think they know, this is "Bible Belt Country", and I'll get my Bible out, quote you asses some scripture, and expect an apology from you Cajun Bastages....
KB in a huff, threw his Bible down on the table, quickly and harshly turned the pages, then pointed his finger at a scripture quote thet read............
"and the 3 wise men came from afar...........", then declared, aha, you dumb asses, it says right here they come from a far---so I put the hats on em....you guys ain't as smart as you think...
LSU/Tigger being of Cajun heritage/background, knew not to infringe on a mans religious belief, so they said no more....after a few beers, LSU/Tigger left, and started laughing on the way back to La., so hard Tigger peed himself, LSU shat himself, and every time, till this day, when they see a Far truck, they think of, and laugh at KB Sooner........with his 3 wise men, who came from afar, wearing their lil far hats in his Christmas scene....
