John has always had a website, but up until tonight he had never asked/solicited payment for his plays on it. If he continues to post his plays for free here then in my mind nothing has changed.

I was just shocked to see the solicitation of payment on his site. I hope its temporary insanity or something like that.

i never knew, and his site never said he was a service. He always had his picks on there for free, never saying you needed to pay for them.

Gotcha Jim .. I really did not know that .. I just thought he was a service ... You know I just joined here a little over a year ago and I know he was here .. up to a 7 months ago I just hung in the service thread ...

In my opinion having a website and being a service are 2 completely different things.

He used to have a website, now he is a service.

Personally, if he does go the way of Pay for Plays Only Service, I will miss his input greatly... but hold nothing against him personally.

I've visited his site many times in the past and when I went there tonight, I was shocked! I have NEVER seen him soliciting payment for his plays, nor did I know he was a service and I've been here for a while. What's this world coming to?
