    I'm Tryin To Find Out The Negatives Of Filing For Bankruptcy And Especially Because I'm From Ny The Laws Are All Different?

    all i know is up to 10 years it stays on ur credit report but then again up to 7 years debt settlement and credit card counseling does as well

      a guy named dogpicks is...have no idea how good he is.....i know he is a wise ass liberal.....other than that i do not know what kind of law he practices....i know he works for someone....is not in private practice
