any excel/programming experts?

I am looking to create a file in excel that would be the gamblers dream. Im thinking you could load it, click a button that says place bet.....a form would pop and you could choose the sport, put in the teams, the spread etc. Then it would enter it into your spreadsheet where u could look at your totals, and other various stats. Let me know from those of you who use excel any other helpful ideas, or anything you think should be added. I really wanna create something powerful and useful.

This is going to be a huge fucken program. You're gonna have to find someone who knows how to program in Visual Basics for applications (VBA). You might even need a database linked to this program in order to retrieve the info you want. Like I said, huge.

#1 You need a database with all the statistics
#2 You need an algorithm to produce winners

Where you gonna get #1 (the data)
How you gonna store the data?

BUT, what algorithm, system, program, call it whatever you want are you going to use to produce the winner? If it was that easy, WE would ALL be rich.

You can. You just need it to put into VBA into the worksheet or workbook.

im not lookin to produce a winner from these stats, I just want to be able to organize it all. It will be a huge project though, im gona get a VBA excel book and give it a shot...should be fun
