Yo Pun. I just watched a couple episodes I Tivo'ed. This might be the best reality show ever.

I guess he went to live with his uncle at age 14. Started working with him at his venture capitol business...moved up the ranks and by 19 was pretty successful. Married with kids and millions by 25. It says he went to Vegas on a family vacation and turned $2000 into $180,000...then was hooked and lost it all. Good show...but a lot of it seems pretty staged.

I thought it was horrible.......it is so staged....you just dont' try to win your money back, but then give some girls sitting at your table 5K just for his good luck, when really he left the table lossing money. If he was out there for that reason, he would be at high stakes or betting big on these football games....just think that show will be drawn out to the limit

I don't feel it's staged, hell, I've seen him lose 35,000!! His betting techniques are suspect. He knows what he is doing at the table as far as the % like at blackjack and such, but he chases way too much and plays games like roulette which are the worst odds out there. I'd love it if they showed him in the sportsbook letting 10,000 go on a game! I think you have to watch the show for what it is.......I know he says he's trying to win it ALL back, but we know that's not going to happen. So, my feeling is, if he wins just a little and helps some others out the show will be a success and Darren we all know will get his in the end. I think the guy is sincere and most guys I know that win money gambling are usually good guys and help others. Maybe that is not the norm, but it's just a weird thing. The more you give the more you get, sounds strange and weird but is true!!!
