Nextel Phone Trouble

I Have the I730 and been havin problem all day with the two way service it just says try again wen tryin 2 do so. I've noticed the little globe thing near the amount of power u have left isnt appearing. Can Ne 1 Help thanks

i tried callin nextel and telling them this and they say the area im in is having that problem but everywhere i go i have that problem..... ever since they merged with Sprint they have sucked
