Does anyone know how I can make hot dogs (for about 50 people) for tailgating? I run a bus trio and do not want to be bothered by taking a grill. I heard that I could steam the dogs before and put on a warmer at the game. I will have no electrical hook up so looking for ideas.

Z,
Pre cook them at home. seal it in a foil pan that has a lid.
Bring them to the game in one of those thermo-bags (they're like the bags for pizza deliveries). Warm them up with sterno......That's the best I can think of....Remember the three R's:
Respect for self; Respect for others; and Responsibility for all your actions.

Precook and just before leaving nuke them in groups of say 10 for 30 - 45 seconds right before sealing tightly in foil.
This can be tricky but if you secure the TIN FOIL bags to the engine of the bus (just put them in the engine compartment - IE under the hood even on top of the air filter) the radiant heat from the engine will keep them nice and toasty.
You can do the same with the Buns to keep them warm.
Good luck and it should work but for god's sake don't just lay them on the engine block where they could slip and the tin foil tangle in the belts or the fan.
