Britney Spears gave birth to a 6 lb, 11 3/4oz, 19-inch long healthy baby boy, sources tell Star.

Britney's baby drama started early Wednesday (Sept 14) morning when Spears, Federline, and her mom Lynne left her recently- renovated, $12 million Malibu mansion in a rented SUV and drove the 14 miles — in convoy with a police escort — to UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica.

There, ringed by eight hulking bodyguards, she was admitted to the fifth-floor maternity ward where — at 12:57pm — she gave birth to her son, delivered by Caesarian section. Kevin cut the baby's cord himself, a source tells Star.

"Everybody was crying," the source says. "Kevin, Britney, Britney's mom, they all broke into tears."

Inside, Britney and her family members were given first-class treatment, taking over half the area of the maternity wing where both Kevin and Britney's mom were present during the birth.



No word yet on if it's Kevin's or Brittney's ex who she just calls "Tat2"
