I'm back up for now and can receive e-mails. I was down all day yesterday and most of the day today. At least it's a start and not 4 or 5 months as they had planned, but you never know what can go wrong.

My Internet will probably keep going on and off for a few weeks as they try to repair the system. I was told that my city's Internet feed comes out of Slidell, La.

I'll call you today sometimes. My Internet is still not up and running 100% yet. This is the first time I am able to get online today.

My cell phone is also not 100%. If you left a message, I have not gotten it yet. Hopefully both will be up and running 100% real soon.

As for me, I'm doing fine. Our city is back up and running, but the traffic is getting really bad. Lots of overflow from the other hard hit areas.

I hope everyone else is doing ok here. I really miss not being on here everyday.
