not to make a bad joke at this time- but it looks like LSU is going to get screwed one more time by Katrina. Oooooohhh. Now I have both Tigger and LSU fired up- Use it to fight the storm guys - thanx for keeping in touch Rook and Love Doc. Thought a sticky stays at the top of the page- hmm.

Well back a few years ago, they only used to use female names for the hurricanes. Now they include the male names as well for every other one. By alternating names back and forth, boy... girl.... boy... girl... LSUfan will be happy to know that his opportunity to get screwed by that many more storms named after his ex's just doubled!
Calm meaning a little windy...... It's been calm here at home for about the past 2 hours, but Jimmy is bunkered down now hence it'll be hitting soon. Thanks to all the members that have responded in this thread for us and our safety. We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers. Take care and we'll be back asap.

Just thought I'd pop in and say "Thanks" once more for all of your thoughts and prayers.
The rain and wind have slowed down for now, but the worst is yet to come. I would say that we have seen a few 60 mph wind gusts already. It looks as if I will miss the direct hit of the eye, but you never know what these things can do. More movement to the West, bad for me.
I don't plan on sleeping tonight cause this bitch can still rip off my roof.
