My laptop computer just shuts off for no reason all the time can anyone help me PLEASE..........

Do you have it running on batteries or from the wall? Also, is there a chance of you having a virus on it? If so, then boot up in safe mode and scan your computer using stinger or something of the sort.

First of all Compaq's are horrible. I had one a couple years ago. I ONLY buy Dell now.
Second, take that back and tell them what's going on. There's at least a 1 year warranty on itComment
