Computer question

I'm having a problem with my computer and guessing it's because of a virus. Let's say I click on bettorschat.com and I'm in a thread that has an link to click that will open another webpage it just freezes and doesn't open another window. It does this at every webpage I'm at when clicking on an icon/link that will open another page it just freezes.

Anyone know how I can go about fixing this?
