Has anyone bought a Treo 650 yet? It is available for Cingular and Sprint, and supposedly by the end of April for Verizon.

I have Verizon and am waiting to get one, but can't get a definate on when it will be out.

Just curious if anyone bought one for Cingular or Sprint, and if so, do you like it? Did you have a Treo 600 before?

Treo 600

I am at Sawgrass right now and taking a break from the golf. Have had a Treo 600 for 6 months and swear by it. The 650 has bluetooth tech which means if youre in a wifi zone it should speed up the internet connection. It's fairly easy to set up. GL tonight.

The 650 has blue tooth, which i love about it, and it is just a step up from the 600. If I only have to wait 1 more month, then I'll do that, and get the 650 when it comes out.

I talked to a rep today and he said that the reason it was taking so long is because they are working on being able to transfer files and not just contacts and numbers to a PC like Cingular and Sprint have. But, this is the first time I've even heard them say that they are definately going to be carrying it.

Also, the price on the 600's dropped 2 days ago, so that was another sign that the time is coming.

It is awesome....Four email accts, web browser, blue tooth. If you are in sales and travel, it is a must. Much better than the blackberry, full palm functions, converstion software and can add programs with card slot. I highly recommend it...

zeib, what exactly do you do? i'm with verizon right now, any help on getting the new hardware?
