Just saw the press conference on Mike and the Mad Dogg on WFAN/Yes.................what a fucking dick! He wouldn't answer any legitmate questions. He just called people liars and said that their questions were jokes and he has answered them a million times.

Yeah he compared there questions to watching reruns of "Sanford and Son"! What a piece of crap. As far as I'm concerned Henry Aaron is the All time HR king no matter what Bonds does and Maris is still the single season champion. -
I was just watching on ESPN and i told my gf the same exact thing. He's the biggesat fucken fraud in sports! I always liked him until about 2 years ago. Listening to people that have played with him is amazing. They Hate him and with all the reports of special locker room set ups and treatment along with the fact he can't do a press conf. w/out 1st saying "Baseball only" questions makes me hate the guy. It's BS he used steroids and didn't know too. These guys watch and know everything that goes in their body and on it. He is a TOTAL scam!Comment

Tony, He's an idiot and the alcohol comment proves it. I agree that you still have to hit the ball and judge balls from strikes in the zone and he's great at that. I also know he's a pure fly ball hitter and the steroids take deep and warning track balls and put them in the seats. There is no doubt with a fly ball hitter that you could add 20-30 hr's if you have a little power to go with it. Track a fly ball hitter of your choice that has a little power and count the deep or warning track outs during a season. Add Roids and there all Hr's!Comment

2000 49 HR's

He claims to have started with his trainer in 1997.
His trainer got in touch with Conte @ BALCO I believe 1999.
In 2000 not only was using BALCO products, but they left Candlestick,with a 328 ft right field fence to the field their at now SBC with a 309 foot right field.
His HR's increased +15 then +24. If anyone thinks this guy is clean they are rediculous. The bats now are made from harder woods. Nobody can tell me the balls are not juiced.
My contention is he IS a great player, in NO WAY is he comparable to Ruth or Aaron and any record he achieves means nothing to me. And a MISERABLE fucking human being!!Remember the three R's:
