A West Palm Beach,Fl man 28, who recently was accused of nearly running down a school crossing guard pleaded not guilty to charges of agressive driving caused by excessive speed in a school zone, and endangering the welfare of pedestrians. The man who said he would like to be called "DOC" pleaded Not guilty yesterday.
DOC was alledgidly driving 48mph in a 25mph school zone on January 23, 2005. He was clocked by PB police patrol officer D. Anderson at this speed. DOC is accused of nearly hitting a school crossing guard and excessive speed. If convicted DOC could receive up to 6 months in jail and face fines up to $2,500. A trial date has been set for Feb. 24th at 9am in Palm Beach County courthouse. More details to follow on The People of the State of Florida vs. DOC
