Osama impostor is Laden with lead

SAN JOSE, Costa Rica - Meet dumb and dumber, with a Costa Rican twist.
Leonel Arias, 47, thought it would be funny to put on an Osama Bin Laden mask and stand in the street with a pellet gun. But he wasn't laughing when cab driver Juan Sandoval, who thought Arias indeed was the terror kingpin, pulled up and shot him twice in the stomach.
Cops let the hack go and Arias is recovering in the hospital.
