My point, my fellow Yankee fan, is that all this talk of 72% ( now down to 62%) wanting to ban being a democracy is funny. Nearly 4000 users and the voices of less than 100 will determine their fate. I realize that all those users CAN vote but obviously choose not too for whatever reason. But to say that's what the board wants is amusing.

I suggest you read the poll again as its 72% not 62%.

What's amusing is the fact that you people can't understand a business decision.

Would you rather 2 services post here or regular members?

Sorry BC, I was just counting the ban both stat. And don't tell me what I understand or don't understand. It is your site and you can do what you want obviously. And I would want to read from all posters, even Services that are in right section. No one has to read them. Since many of the posters here don't like the services at all, maybe you should run a poll and see if all service postings should be banned. Problem solved for all then eh?

Savage, I agree with you about that. The money wasn't an issue before the contest. But my opinion is we should get proof if we ask. Ty is trying to do that but I have neither a fax or a scan. I can't be of no help there. I don't think the banning talk is because of the money. Nobody has been banned yet. But my point is with everyone here it can't be put to rest until it is proved. Keep in mind I am on neither side but just stating my opinions. My opinions are looking out for the better of the site. That is all.

BC, this is your site!!! Do what you think is Best!!! I don't care about the money or what percentage they hit!!! I do care if you use more than one name, I never have and don't have a reason to!!! I take it personal though if B_Nut and East coast are the same person!!! I have no problem with TY, don't like his ways sometimes but others on here I don't either!!! Very few others!!! I find it hard to believe that Nut and EC are the same but if you say they are!!! What are you waiting for, he should have already been gone!!! Get Savage's point? Savage is not defending the two services. He is defending ethics and priciples. I have to agree with him. It doesnt make sense to ban people to clean up the message board by people who say the F word every other sentence. It's like having OJ on a jury of a murder trial. That's all Savage is saying (I think). Hey I'm guilty as hell not using good language here and I'm not going to practice double standards and yell ban them. Cause if they should be banned then so should I. It's a problem of double standards.

Obvioulsy, Savage is talking about Wizard using foul language. But, Wiz is not the only one who does. I do and so do many others. The question at hand is if anyone got conned by these two services? No one has yet said they got conned because of their public bet. I'd imagine people have said they've been conned by them, but before this contest.

If honesty is on the fore front of this message board, then don't you think it's time for every single capper to keep a posted record so followers don't get misled? How much honesty is there really on gambling message boards. It's just a little weird to have a gambling forum talk about moral issues. Because gambling and morals are like oil and water.

I didn't know Wiz was an ex service. He never made that public until Ty exposed it. So did Wiz lie to us? I think not. But, for him (and I like Wizard and everyone the message boards, cause all we are is opinions) to knock on these services when he was one himself doesn't make sense. My guess is there's a conflict of interest between Wizard and Ty and EC. Services' never like one another and there's probably more to it. Maybe these guys took Wizards clients or vice versa. Or maybe Wizard didn't get a lot of clients and is doing everything to keep these guys from getting clients. Why else would Wizard or anyone else here who didn't lose a single penny to these two services have so much anger? If it's about principles then lets look at ourselves who use foul language, who spend most of our days gambling when we know in fact that everyone in our lives don't want us to but we continue to do so. And if we think we make money gambling, then aren't we decieving ourselves?

I agree with Savage. Isn't ridiculous to have a vote when in fact BC would/does what ever he/they wish? I just don't see the rationale of banning these two knuckle heads that no one was even affected. But, now as hilarious as it sounds that moral issues are in play on a gambling message board is just double standards.

The majority of the foul language etc. started during this contest, after the contest and in the sports service section.

The moral of the story to most posters (Ones that have voted & posted) is whether or not we were lied to about there being $100k bet by each handicapper. I don't think that you can trust a handicapper/handicappers if they lied about something like that.

Did we get hurt if they lied about the money? No, not in my opinion.

Do we feel that in a majority that if they lied about the money that this was a wrong? Yes, I believe the majority do think so and would like to know one way or the other if they did lie.

All i'm asking for is proof which seems to be too hard to get to me for some reason. TY said he wasn't scanning the item to me because I would post his personal info which I won't. Then he stated he doesn't have a scanner. He's been offered 2 options on how to get the documents scanned.

1. Himself or one of his many scouts can go get it scanned.
2. A poster on here works in a Vegas Casino and he could take it to him to get it scanned.

I've e-mailed both of them informing to them that the banning is until I get some proof of the money situation. Once I have the proof and its good then they can post again. Until then they are banned as too much crap is going on about this which is making the forum less enjoyable for many.

BC it is YOUR forum and this site has steadily gone DOWNHILL since this started. Business is what it's all about and i have already seen a few disappear since it started and they were WAY more valuable than the 2 losers that charge for plays and DECEIVE other members.

Markman- that was an excellent post and put many things into context and proper perspective;we are all criminals in a sense by gambling with locals and possibly with offshores( depending on the interpretation of the law), and yet we are discussing moral issues about services, whose legality is questionable to begin with;its a bit funny and ironic.
BC-in answer to your question if you could prove beyond a shadow of a doubt (outside of the contest) that someone was using double aliases the express purpose of trying to deceive members on this board, then he should be banned PROVIDED that there was a rule stating that this would occur.
