Speculation reached a fever pitch recently when an image of Lohan suffering a wardrobe malfunction -- originally published by a British tabloid -- hit the Internet. This week's Star quotes a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon as saying, "There is no question in my mind that she has had breast augmentation, and I think the results are very good."

It was on the main page of that website yesterday, but it looks as if they changed their home pagel. The pictures were of her in a car with a close up nipple slip.
