I'm not upset cause I don't know one person from either family. What happened here is a bunch of bullshit if he's found guilty. I find it amazing that blacks won't admit that Obama is half white but boy they can't stop bringing up that Zimmerman is half white cause it benefits them. Race is the only reason this case is happening and we all know it. And if found guilty I would love to hear why we only had 6 jurors and they were all women. And might I add all moms. So they are emotionally involved from the get go cause they think about there own kids. And the jurors know the whole world is watching and the blacks will go nuts if they say not guilty. I'm kinda thinking your right now with manslaughter. These women have to convict him of something cause I feel like they are feeling the pressure from outside sources(blacks,government..etc) to atleast find him guilty of something. It's sad but it's true!!!

I lost all respect for you with that comment. The jurors are American citizens and they ALL came up with the same conclusion. Just cause you were wrong doesn't mean them 6 jurors were. It's a beautiful day for America.Originally posted by The Lovedoc View PostI lost all faith in the system!

But OJ still got his IMO!!! I feel like karma is a real thing. If Zimmerman really is a cowboy cop and lied I really believe he will get his in the future. And as a christian I believe he might not even get it here on earth but he will stand before God one day and He will have the final say on Zimmermans life on earth.Originally posted by The Lovedoc View PostWell... I lost all faith since oj got off

I have a question for Wayne,Doc,Kb and others that were active in this thread. Was y'alls heart pounding and feel the nerves that I did once the said they had a verdict. I swear the last 20 minutes once we knew a verdict was coming felt like 9th inning world series,4th qtr Super Bowl... Etc. I'm serious I was a nervous wreck. How bout y'all?

I will tell y'all. My 9 year old was right beside me and of course he was on my side because of my opinion. And he told me his heart was beating out of his chest. And I used that in my advantage. I told him to think about how fast Zimmermans heart was beating and I tried to let him know that people make life changing decisions every second of the day. At first I thought it was good that he was on my side but I slowly found myself being a dad and trying to teach him that split second decisions we all make through out our whole lives can change our lives in one second. While I thought I could celebrate me being right on this case the dad comes out in me and realizes any of our kids could be on either side!!

Nervous and anxious while waiting for the verdict. Wish it was completely over but no doubt the DOJ will charge him with some civil rights charges.Originally posted by vols fan View PostI have a question for Wayne,Doc,Kb and others that were active in this thread. The Martin family may also go after him in civil court so Zimmerman's not completely off the hook but tonight was good news for him.
No real winners here. Zimmerman's life will never be the same, even though he was innocent. No matter how you feel about the case, you have to have some sympathy for Ms. Martin and her family. Losing a son is something I would never wish on anyone.

My knowledge of the whole thing is limited to what was discussed in the first few days it was on the news, and applying logic & common sense to that. Based on that, I think the guy should serve some jail time. His initial action/overaction directly led to the death of someone else.
