My town is having its 125th annibversary next month and there is a party/festival going on. An orginazation I'm in is having a food tent and we are looking for an idea. We are having Chicago style hotdogs and we are looking for something else, kind of different that you don't see all the time, also that is not to hard to make while we are there. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

You could make some grilled jalepeno stuffed peppers. Split the jalepeno's in two down the middle, like little boats. Spread a little bit of cream cheese in the middle. I like to add a small piece of chicken or shrimp as well, but not totally necessary. Then wrap with bacon and grill. Pretty easy and delicious
