    Great film highly recommend it . I'm not a big fan of (Mother puncher) Christian Bale, but he turns in an outstanding performance as Dicky Eklund, the crack smoking "Pride of Lowell" brother of "Irish" Micky Ward . If you like Boxing and drama, this is a must see movie !

      I saw it and posted a similar thread, a fucking awesome movie! Great acting by all in the film. This one is a must see.

        I thought the acting was excellent, but I didn't think the movie was as great as everyone else did apparently. Good movie, just not great to me.
