Hoax as some youtube hacker could take the original film and overdub either the old lady part or change her to look like a cell phone when she might have only been scratching the side of her face....

Anything is possibe in the movies. If you don't wanna believe that, then the only other possibe answer would be a 'Time Traveler', probably from an episode of Star Trek...
