I need a real good garlic sauce recipe. Help please! I don't like using just yoghurt alone. What else do they put?

Buy a bottle of spicy garlic from Buffalo Wild Wings. Top notch stuff

Mayonnaise works great with garlic. What I see my mom or wife use is mayo/olive oil/ and a hint of lemon.

I'm not a fan of yogurt because it makes it too luquidy.

I love garlic sauce, especially on grilled chicken.

              PEACE

I'm planning to make shawarma. I don't like garlic sauces that just use yoghurt. I'm wondering if you can mix cream w/ yoghurt.

Put some cloves of garlic in a small pot barely cover with olive oil and put on low heat or in a oven and cook covered at 300f till done. Strain the cloves of garlic from the oil. Reserve oil for brushing on bread, to make a mayonnaise or toss with pasta. The cloves can be mashed and added to potato puree or spread on a steak.

I personally don't put garlic on shawarma and neither do the sandwich shops around here unless you request it that way.

On shawarma you put tahini sauce
