What's the biggest amount you've lost in gambling?

In one day?? One week?? One year? I would imagine you are talking one day. I am not sure but my biggest loss for one week was 1900.

I lost $2000 on a Final Four NCAA BB game in 2001. Maryland was playing Duke in the seni-finals. I had 2 grand riding on Maryland. Maryland had a 22 point lead in the first half and were up by 11 or 12 at the half. Duke came roaring back scoring 50 some points in the second and beat the Terps by 10 points. However it was all good the next year when Maryland won it all.

I'm sure we have all lost thousands at a time in Vegas.I always seem to take out 3-4 grand and not come back with much.

Thats not all on gambling though.I try not to use the credit card out in Vegas so $100 dinners and $200 shows seems to dig into the bankroll pretty quick.

I would say the most I have ever lost on one game was $400.

I lost 700 at the casino on Saturday... Wanted to hang myself on the way home.. Lost that in less than 2.5 hours.. I was sick.. I am not a big gambler per se for a one game shot to much can happen on just one game. I will wager about a grand on Saturdays and 500 on Sundays during football and baskets though.I guess sometimes I like a slow death. The casino was just pathetic. Meadows in meadowlands pa.

I play about 20-25 games on a football Saturday for $20-$50 each so I might have $750 bet but know I'm not going to go 25-0 or 0-25.I just love betting all the games.If it's on TV I'm betting it

I lost 3300 in one game.. i will never forget it... preseason nfl... browns beat the bears real bad... eric zeir the guy out of georgia destroyed me... i was down 3k and tried to get it all back... i think about that 6k in one week alot

here is something funny about that... i was in college... and one of my roomates paid stu feiner a big amount for his play of the decade... it was on the bears... dumb on so many levels

i still bet pretty heavy on preseason... i actually like looking at the qb rotations... backups... look for an edge... doing good in preseason last few years... if i could stick to nfl, march madness tourn and baseball i would be okay... its betting everything else that keeps hurting me... i need to learn discipline somewhere

Preseason kills me cause I look at the 2nd and 3rd string QB's of a team and think HOLY Shit they were pretty damn good in college. 3 INT's later I'm down $40 or $50.Plus it's been so long since I have seen football i have to watch it and bet on it

i think thats what happens to me... im so excited to watch football and i dont care if its preseason i have to bet on it... what can i say... i have a gambling problem

Back in the 90's I played 13 games in MLB for 100 a play, most plays between -140 to +140 some were bigger favs, I was leaving to drive home to Pittsburgh that day(11 hour drive) and thought it would be an awesome way to pass the time, listening to my scores on the ride home. I went 0-13 that day, it was just unbelievable. I was playing a service at the time that my friend had paid for.....what a ride home that was.
