cool...on an impulse, i stubhubbed pearl jam tickets last night for the may 9th (next sunday) show at quicken...i also noticed the indians were hosting the tigers that same day (1:05 start)...i know that progressive and quicken are right beside each other, so i obviously want to stay as close to there as possible...(i'll be drinking so i'd rather take driving out of the whole equation)...

i guess i'm just wondering is that an ok part of town, or would i be better off staying elsewhere and catching cabs?

is it overrun by homeless and thugs, or is my car gonna be somewhat safe there at a nearby hotel?

the hilton garden inn is half a mile (walking distance) from the stadium and the concert and is affordable, but i just don't wanna get shot or be robbed...any advice would be appreciated...

lived in cleveland all my life u will be fine its not that bad here especially downtown where there is sport events, bars/restaurants, hotels, etc be mostly people on streets there same reason as u. Now the bad parts are present but that's outside where u will be in residential parts u wouldn't want be walkin around there but u won't be its away from downtown.
