I picked one up last night. Went with the 16gb wifi model. It's awesome so far.

We were in Louisiana for about 2 years now in San Antonio.

Screen is between a laptop size and a net book. Not sure the actual size. The resolution is awesome. Everything is bright and high def. They have apps made just for this and the few I have checked out are really cool. Battery life is over 10 hours per charge! It's a typical apple device. Has a bunch of cool effects with everything.

I got the same one a couple weeks ago and love it. Definitely get yourself the MLB At Bat app if you haven't already. It's insanely cool and you can watch live games on it. (If you have an MLB.TV subscription otherwise its just one free game a day.) Netflix and the ABC player are great if you watch any shows on there. The iBooks app is cool if you like reading but Kindle is better and it's a free download. Tons more books available through Amazon and much cheaper.
