Just seen this Monte.Friends just get my opinion and I refer some of my customers to them.My customers cut them a deal sometimes because I know them but most of the time it's the same as anyone else to them.I do get stuff for my use at cost but thats filters, humidifiers or t-stats and stuff like that every year.As far as equipment like indoor and outdoor I can get it at cost once every 5 years so I'm fixin to take advantage of it since I'm going on my 10th year.By the time I buy all the equipment and then get my tax credits and rebates back for going to a higher seer rating, I should break even

Just wondered as I missed a foreclosure house and the heat & air needed replaced. My HVAC guy recommended Rheem I believe and I thought that's who you work for?

Rheem is the top dog and they make RUUD also which is the brand I sale.We are the only Ruud dealer in Georgia so that helps us out alot but we compete with Rheem here also. Rheem has sponsored Kevin Harvick in the Nationwide Series the last two years and rheem is all over his car and then right above the door is a LITTLE Ruud sticker We are the little sister no doubt

My HVAC guy said that the freon they are now making has more pressure and other air conditioners makers leak because of that. He said Rheem's didn't as they had already fixed that problem. While the other makers are trying to fix theirs.

R-410a is the new refrigerant that is now having to be used.It has alot of pressure no doubt.I can promise you this Monte, one day someone is going to be trying to steal a unit and cut the line and that shit might cut half there leg off.It ain't no joke.

We checked everything we could and I have 1 of the BEST accountants in the country and we were told that there is no way around buying a relatives house.

IMO that isn't right! as you should be able to get the credit. I mean shit you're buying a house and shouldn't make a difference if its relatives or not.

The real screwy part is that it's only ancestral and lineal descendants so you can qualify if you buy the house from your brother or sister.

I am not sure if that is right. I know if you buy it from an in-law it is considered an arm's length transaction. Additionally, i bought a house in october and you have to send in the HUD statement along with form 5405 (I think). you cant e-file the tax return either.
