Blocking calls/texts on the Iphone?

Anyone now how to do this? LVJimmy texts me 40 times during these Phillies games. It would be fine if he was talking strategy or a comment here and there but this motherfucker doesn't say a peep until some tiny little negative thing happens in the game then the flood gates open. Rollins could go 5-6 with 5 homers and he will say Rollins sucks after he makes the 1 out. This goes on all game. I have asked nicely and I have asked not so nicely for him to delete my number and let me watch the fucking game. He's fucked in the head and doesn't quit. So does anyone know how to block numbers???
