  • How Do You Rate Last Night's Baseball Game?

I am curious as to how anyone who is a real baseball fan and watched the game last night between Minnesota and the Tigers, rates the game overall for sheer drama, excitement, entertainment (or any criterion you want to use) relative to all of the baseball games you have watched in your life.
Some possible choices are 1)best game, 2) top 5 games, 3) top 10 games, 4) top 20 games, 5) just a good game but nothing special, 6) average game, 7) lousy/boring game.
I personally would rate in somewhere in the top 5-7 games.
Other great games which immediately come to mind to me are the 2007 playoff games between the Rockies and Padres, Game 6 of the 1975 World Series and(this one is really biased) a game in the Impossible Dream Year of 1967(one which I attended) in which the Sox rallied from a, 8-0 deficit in Game 2 of a double header to win 9-8.
Feel free to list any great games for YOU which come to mind.

If Savage and Spark who were both born in the early 1900's say that this game was one of the best ball games they have ever watched then that should tell it all..

Judging by lack of response here, perhaps the real question should be who even watched this game the other night and/or who was watching the not so exciting Troy/MTS football game instead?
