I know this is a stretch, but it's worth a shot anyway.. Bettorschat is blocked at work and on my PDA (company owned). Is there anyway you can set it up to email post by certain individuals to you?

At my work Bettors chat is banned also.But I google bettorschat and the second link down is "Whats wrong with the time on bettors chat".I click on it and it takes me to the site.Now if I click on HOME once on the site it blocks me out but I go to "members picks" and then to "forums" and I can log in all day.Good luck

Ha, well played Vols. Doesn't work for me, but at least someone has found a good work around.

The best option I have found so far is "Go to My PC". Set it up to link to your home PC and you can go anywhere you want. But, what I really need is something for my phone because I travel all the time and am away from my laptop.

You should be able to subscribe to individual threads and it will e-mail you when someone posts. Now I don't know if it e-mails you the whole thread or not.

You should look into using a proxy server for accessing the net as that may be a work around for you.

I think the way it works is right before you post in a thread click on the thread subscription drop down menu and select instant e-mail notification.

Did you do it that way?

I'm going to select it myself on this thread and see if it e-mails me. I could have it turned off.

Yep, that's what I did. I thought maybe it was my work junk mail filter, but I didn't see anything in there either.

I don't think that feature is turned on because I didn't get anything. I will have to try and check with the maker of the software about it.
