A guy at my work is here and married. He needs to stay married 3 years to keep his residence here. After 1 year, she has threatened to leave him and send him back to his country. She uses it against him constantly and they have made it 2 years now. She keeps saying she will have him sent back before the 3 years are up and they do not even sleep together anymore. He is basically her slave in hopes of making it one more year.

He is a really cool guy. I only hear him but he says he is trapped and she tells him to do all the housework and everything everyday or she will report him. They met and got along great in the beginning. He was here visiting a friend when they met. She started going out drinking every night with her friends and leaving him home to watch her kid. When he told her that her partying was starting to bother him, she said stfu, you are lucky i'm keeping you here and turned in to psycho bitch. He really likes it here and wants to stay but she is making it very difficult. He is from New Zealand.
