Anyone with direct tv's nfl package please read

I'm sure lot of you get the NFL package that charges 44.99 for 6 months(total $269.44) but you can get it much cheaper.I called last night to tell them to cancel mine after seeing it on my July statement and to see what my new balance would be so I could pay it online and the sales rep asked me what was the reason.I told her with a new baby and tough times I had to cut back.The next words out of her mouth were "How about 24.99 for 6 months total of 149.50".I was like hell yes I can handle that. Figured I would pass this along and maybe save some of you guys a little money

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU VOLS FAN...I just hung up with a Directv rep and I also got the same deal...6 payments of 24.99...at first she offered me 10 bucks off to 34.99 but told her that wasnt helping me out much and I still wanted to cancel...so she gave me some BS bout me being such a loyal and longtime customer that she could give me 20 bucks off...then rambled on about how they dont do this for everyone and its just cuz Im such a valued customer...I said yea me and VOLS FAN are...sweet deal...thanks again VOLS...

They not only did the same for me, they gave me the Superfan package for free, and I was already paying for it!!

That's $36 a month, for 6 months!!!

Its a voice automated system...so when asked I just said CANCEL NFL PACKAGE and I was connected with someone...easy as that...

My country talking ass just says "Customer Service" when I get one of the automated systems. Glad it worked out for you guys also
