Most mortgages are for 30 years and just wondering how many of them are going to live till there 80 to pay them off.Also Greek there's this thing called "insurance".Without a job there coming out of pocket.I don't know if you know anyone in there 60's but most of them aren't working because of there mortgage or car payment.It's for the insurance!!!

I would stick with cooking pizzas Greek.Them 20 year olds you got working for you don't care nothing about insurance or a 401k yet.Thats a good thing for you!!!
