Computer and Downloading Problem....

I am trying to download the software that is necessary to run TVants. I have downloaded ( it took around five minutes). It is completed and in my downloads browser. When I double click it (to run it), it says:

TVantsSetup.exe can not be saved because you can not change the contents of that folder. Change the folder properties and try again, or try saving in a different location.

Does anyone have TVants and has had this problem? Does anyone know anything about computers and how to fix this? This is probably a really simple problem, I just don't know how to fix it.....

I tried it too and can not get it work,plus I can not even delete it from my programs.

I just got it downloaded.... I'd like to test it before the Sox game ends.... just to make sure it works. Spark can you give me a link for the list of games and stuff..
