Is This the New Way to Forecast the Weather?

I was checking out scoreaandodds.com and found a very unusual weather forecast for opening day in Boston on Monday.
It says there is a 250% chance of rain.
Can someone explain to me the difference between a 100% chance of rain and a 250% chance of rain?
