Jennifer Capriati isn't just working the real estate market in Saddlebrook. In March of 2007, property records show Capriati paid $1,675,000 for a high rise condo at the new Seagrape Tower on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, Florida, which she now has listed for $1,825,000.


I had some of the best times of my life staying at the
Embassy Suites on Singer Island till they sold it and they
made it into individual condos like the above. Who knows,
maybe the above used to be the Embassy Suites. Somebody
here must have stayed there.
