I know Led Zep got back together for a show in England with Jason Bonham on drums. I got to see Page in the mid 80's with Paul Rogers when they were with the Firm. I also got to see Plant and Page when they toured together in the late 90's. I'd love to see these guys get together for a world tour. Plant just turned 60 a few days ago, if they are going to do it they better do it soon.
Ok guys who do you Rank above him??? All gutarist?? Classical too???
Hendrix?
Santana?
Clapton?
Knopfler? (dude from dire straits)
Atkins?
Stevie Ray?
Billy Gibbons?
Slash?
Leslie West?
Gilmour?
I'd have Hendrix on top (as most would). I think I'd have to put Page #2. Others I'd definitely have in my top 10 would be Stevie Ray, Clapton, Jeff Beck, and Duane Allman.

being from OK, have you got to hear Edgar Cruz?
best classical i've ever heard live!
I don't remember much about the late 60s or early 70s but I remember vividly the first time I ever heard "whole lotta love" in 1969. I was driving somewhere in east Texas (I don't remember why ). but I do remember marveling at the merger of rhythm and blues and rock and the revolutionary new musical direction that Zeppelin created.
