yes love doc you might want to drink a couple of those for breakfest though. It depends if you feel full.

I tried Myoplex (not Muscle Milk) and it made me feel bloated and fat (which I am)...I use Whey Protein in the big red jug at GNC. One shake, with a banana and skim milk, in the blender after a workout does wonders..
Try 'Thero Burst', sold at GNC for energy (they ar epills sold over the counter) They tell you to take 3 but I take 2 at about 4:30pm when i know I will be working out at 6pm...does wonders for your workout...but do not take after 6pm...unless you want to stare at the ceiling at 3am...TRUST ME.
Buy the book 'Abs Diet'...put together by Rodale, who pubs Mens Health. Gives you great workouts for all body parts and gives you various routines...also gives you good diet foods/tips.
Get a subscription to Men's Health...awesome mag and keeps you motivated...great tips on food, routines, sex (which I hear you need) and other good stuff.....
