My workout program that i'm going to do is this...

    Sunday-Cardio
    Monday-Upper Body
    Tues- cardio
    Wed- Lower Body
    Thurs- Cardio
    Friday- Upper Body
Saturday- Off Day.... Can eat whatever i want

but on the days when working out, 5-6 meals a day at a small portion
Thats perfect. I started eating 5-6 meals a few years back and it works great. Will definetley slim down, but its difficult sticking too. Just can't overeat.

My work out schedule looks like this
Monday - Upper body, core, 15 min cardio
Tuesday - Lower body, core, 15 min cardio
Wednesday - 60 minutes of cardio (usually go outside and ride the bick, run, or play in basketball games)
Thursday - Upper body, core, 15 min cardio
Friday- Lower body, core, 15 min cardio
Saturday - 60 minutes of cardio
    Sunday - Day off

I always do some type of stretching/or movements before and after workouts.

Good luck. You also might find the coreperformance website pretty helpful.

LOVEDOC,YOU KNOW I AM NUTTIER THAN A FRUITCAKE,but this is one area i am an expert in,as i use to work at a gym, make sure the protein is not coming from soy, such as soy protein isolate, soy flour,or soy lecithin.soy is a female plant,so unless you want large breasts, you want to get your protein from a different plant //go to a really good healthfood store for some relacements for soy that will not be increasing your female hormone level,i use a goji berry product and a good whole-food vitamin-later brother !!
DON'T YOU EAT THE YELLOW SNOW !! PS-MARVIN LOVES SPLIT SALAD !!

So here is my question, do you think i can take it as a meal suplement in the morning while i workout at night? Again, i need to lose 80 lbs to get to where i need to be. I dont necessarily want to bulk up but i need to lose the weight
You need to do HIIT interval training for cardio as it burns much more fat.

Doc, in the fine print at the bottom, it says that for a limited time, you can get the book free at participating McDonald's with the purchase of 2 Filet-O-Fishes and a Big Mac
