Going to vegas

Im going to vegas next thursday for the first time....if anyone has some tips, hints, tricks or any info at all i would appreciate it. Thanks!!

I had my most luck gambling wise downtown, blackjack at Binion's, craps at the Golden Nugget. O'Sheas was a blast, not sure if it has been torn down or not. Where are you staying?

If you're looking for a fine steak, Gallagher's right across from Excalibur in NYNY is excellent dining. Pricey, but awesome. Ate at the buffet in Excalibur, wasn't impressed at all. Had a pretty good time gambling there though.

the airport limos are not much more than a taxi (maybe 5 to 10 bucks) for a first timer have hime take you downtown before going to the excaliber , it is a nice way to see some of the sights.

go to the piano bar in NY NY or @ harrahs. i did all my sports wagering @ mirage.

go to harley davidson cafe and order the mac n cheese. if its not the best ever i'll refund your money!!!!

If you're staying at Excalibur, get the upgraded rooms in Tower 2. Everything is brand new including the hallways and they have a 42 inch plasma tv. Looks like a different hotel as the other rooms at Excalibur are older and worn out. We stayed last month and paid an extra $20 per night and it's worth it! Also don't eat the buffet at Excalibur, breakfest was horrible! Go to Margaritaville at the Flamingo, had a lot of fun there. Best place to gamble on the strip for me was the Casino Royale, great odds on craps and cocktail waiteress came by often. Just be sure to wear comfortable shoes as you will do a ton of walking. Have a great time!!
