Looking for a little help for my website

I just made a website- i sell authentic sunglasses for 30-60% off msrp. Anyhow, I wanted to know if anyone here has there own website and can share with me some tips on how to generate traffic and come up on the yahoo and google searches...I read about adwords but Im a bit confused about the whole thing; and wonder if it really works..

Put the word Porn on there a few times like Sunglasses like the Porn Stars, then put things like I Bet you can't get a better deal anywhere. Put these two words and you should get millions of hits
