  • JC, now I understand why you are excited about Louisville Football

Man, now I can see why you are so excited. Look at Louisvilles schedule for this year:

    Date Opponent

    August 30 Murray State
A home opener against a last place team from the Ohio Valley (1-10 last year). Their two running backs combined couldn't get 900 yards.

    1 Win

    September 6 Middle Tennessee State
After a tasty home opener Louisville sits at home and waits for the 7-5 champ from the Sun Belt to come in. Oklahoma drilled these tools 59-0 last year

    2 Wins

    September 15 at Kentucky
In game three they travel like 30 minutes to Kentucky and try not to take one across the mouth from the best quarterback in Kentucky, Woodson. Kentucky's D though gave up 29ppg last year, that should be a challenge.

    3 Wins

    September 22 Syracuse
Perrenial Powerhouse (in Basketball) Syracuse comes to town off a stellar 4-8 2006 campaign. They haven't been .500 since I think Harrison played there.

    4 Wins

September 29 at North Carolina State
Then travel to the dreaded home field of the last place 3-9 NC State squad. Aren't these guys under probation or something?

    5 Wins

    October 5 Utah
If this was 2004 this may have been a challenge. Ho hum, the train rolls on.

    6 Wins

    October 13 at Cincinnati
Last years 7 win campaign and Shit Bowl appearance was BIG news. The new coach should set his mark high at 8 wins for Cinn. This ain't one of them.

    7 Wins

    October 19 at Connecticut
Don't let last years 4-8 finish or the fact that the quarterback completed 86 passes all year or the fact that the defense let up 27 a game fool you they are good. No, they really aren't.

    8 Wins

    October 27 Pittsburgh
Louisvilles first challenge. This team can score. But of course it is in Gaylord stadium.

    9 Wins

    November 8 at West Virginia
Well we ALL know they lose this one.

    9 Wins 1 Loss

    November 17 at South Florida
Huh, a team with a defense. Playing away from home. Scared? Maybe. Maybe not, they stopped schools like McNeese St, Florida Intl, C Fla, UNC, need I go on?

    10 Wins 1 Loss

    November 29 Rutgers
    Even in Louisville they win.

    10 Wins 2 Loss

Another nice year for this up and coming programs, filled with REALLY tough hurdles on your way to the Meineke Car Care Bowl.

    Go Birds!!!!

That is just brutal Bill---I guess this is a tougher place than I thought come Football season...I see your point..I also get on the Buckeye fans that surround me here in Columbus about their schedule. Don't blame the schedule...blame the Athletic director--now that I say that who decides the schedule..know they are figured in advance but I would think it is the AD...

Who cares, win our conference and we play in a BCS game. Thats all i have ever cared about. If we dont then i will pull for whoever in my conference represents.

Bill, you wouldnt know a thing about pride and pulling for your community school, cause if you did you would pull for local teams and not a team that is 2000 miles away from you. But thats typical, you are no different than a typical front running Yankmee fan

Don't worry JC, when it comes to wagers on this site, the 3 biggest slits are Dimer, LoveDick, and BillMill. Without a doubt

I second and third that motion.

Run gums, then dont want to get in there wallet. Pusses

I will personally atest to the fact that KB runs his gums, follows that with his wallet, and then pays his bill if he loses.

ShirleyMill just likes running his gums

Here is a bet for you. I will bet you Louisville does not win the National Championship this season, the measure of success. How is that? Actually to give you better odds, I will bet you that Jokelahomo, LilVille or Notre Dames will not win the National Championship this year. Three programs for ya
