Taking a Break

Going to take a break away from gambling until I feel interested again. My family and I had to put our dog down this morning that we have had since I was 8. By far the hardest and saddest day of my life. One moment she is there lying in my arms, and the next gone. Going to miss having her greet me every time I walk in the door, but at least I know her pain is gone. Hopefully I will be back to enjoy the football season with you guys but as of now I have a heavy heart. Cya,

putting down a dog is one of the hardest things i've had to do.

my current dog is really starting to get old, and i can't even think of having to do it.

I know what it is like and I feel for you, having had to go through the same thing on 3 separate occasions with cats, all of which lived to be quite old.
I know in my case I immediately got another one to take the sting away, and it helped to some extent.
Still though, losing a pet is painful, as it is with a family member;try to focus on the good times and with time(if not right away) consider the possibility of a new dog.
